This is to begin non-urgent after hours work. By not selecting this option you accept that you will need to wait until I return to work. During leave there may be a week or 2 before I will action it.
This fee is to be paid once per ticket or day. High priority tickets for emergencies do not need to purchase this, however, if it is determined the support request is not a high priority emergency no work will commence after hours until payment has been made
